Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Knowledge of benefits administration and sales administration processes
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques, including telemarketing and retail sales
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
