Position/Job Duties:
· Top producer able to convert leads to sales of a variety of Term and Permanent products at a high ratio.
· The job position will be a Senior Sales agent.
· You’ll receive live transfers of leads, and transfers from Jr. Agents unable to offer more complex permanent products to consumers.
· A driven, goal-oriented professional who can serve as a model for Junior agents to become.

Compensation:
· $72,000 - $360,000 per year

· Requirements:
· High production and conversion ratio history
· A minimum of 5 years selling Life Insurance
· Licensed in at least 1 state
· Moral and ethical standards
· Team player
· Excellent communication and sales skills
· Adept working with technology (VoIP phone, computer, CRM, virtual meetings, etc.)
