Job Description: As a Life Insurance Specialist with The West Organization, you will be pivotal in educating our clients and helping them pick a plan that best fit their needs. Your role involves:
- Assessing client insurance needs.
- Crafting personalized Life Insurance solutions.
- Guiding clients through the application process.
- Building lasting client relationships.
- Meeting sales targets and advancing your career.
Qualifications:
- Valid life & health insurance license or willing to obtain a license.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and diligent work ethic.
- Able to handle rejection well and understand that sales is a numbers game.
- Passion for helping others.
