Life Enrichment Assistant

Vibrant Life, Life Enrichment Assistant work schedules are flexible and generally occur between 9:00am - 5pm. daily with a every other weekend rotation. We are currently looking to fill a Part time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Gather Residents on a daily basis to come join daily activities,

-Help with special events for resident's and families.

-Ensure the resident's have proper nutrition and hydration throughout the day.

Life Enrichment Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate in-house activities that embrace and fulfill the social needs and interests of the senior population living in the community. These activities should promote the following outcomes:

• Respect and sense of control
• Treatment as an individual, not a disease

• Stimulating activity and meaningful relationships
• Spiritual well-being (mind, body, and spirit)

• Uses a non-judgmental approach with family members or when talking about the family with team members.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
