Life Care Planner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Life Care Planner to join our team on a contract basis. As a Life Care Planner, you will be responsible for the creation of Life Care Plans for people who have been injured in accidents.

Duties:
- Use medical records, medical bills, pharmacy records, economic information, interviews, and any other necessary sources of information to create Life Care Plans for people who have been injured in accidents
- Interview and provide insight to involved stakeholders
- Create detailed and accurate Life Care Plans using company template
- Work with administration team to request and receive necessary information
- Use Microsoft Office products to create the Life Care Plans

Skills:
- Nurse with clinical experience
- Certification and experience in creating Life Care Plans
- Strong people skills; ability to speak with injured parties, family members, attorneys, and insurance adjusters
- Ability to help build company's Life Care Planning practice

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
