Form of workThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in either a public or private facility.
Job Scope includes but is not limited to the following:
-Pass out meds
-Audit clients MARs, ordering refills, bubble packing meds if needed, destroying meds, etc.
-Maintain tracking of control meds/antibiotics and submit monthly report to Nursing Dept. at main hospital.
-COVID Test clients 1x/week (Min. 3-4 clients). Drop off COVID Test Specimen to Fed Ex if Case Manager is too busy.
-Keep track of PPE and submit monthly report to Nursing Dep. At main hospital.
-Assess clients when presenting with health concerns, treat them if resources are available at CRTP or if not help coordinate treatment out of facility.
-Checking that all medical equipment is working properly
-Provide training to staff as needed on medication support.
-Follow up with medical staff at LACHC or other medical providers as needed in regards to client’s medical recommendations/treatment.
-Provide TB test for staff and sometimes for clients.
-Give clients injections if needed (Invega, Aristada, Haldol, etc).
-Help maintain the med room/med cart making sure it is organized and that we are stocked on supplies(e.g. over the counter meds, First Aid Supplies, sharp container available, etc).
-Provide Drug Testing
This is an immediate start upon Credentialing
