JOB SUMMARY: A registered nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who provides Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment related nursing care to residential clients utilizing the nursing process, including determination of client needs, provision of a safe environment, and encouragement of a high level of employee performance.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be at least 18 years of age and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. An individual must be able to perform the duties in a positive work mode and serve as a positive role model and influence for clients and peers. Employee shall be in good health, and shall be physically, mentally, and occupationally capable of performing assigned tasks. Minimum Qualifications
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Currently licensed in California as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LVN in good standing required. Valid First Aid/CPR certification required.
SCHEDULE: This position is predominantly for PM (3:00 - 11:30pm) coverage, but requires a willingness to work variable shifts, including AM, PM, and NOC shifts. This position requires weekend and holiday shift coverage.
Salary range based on knowledge and experience in treating substance use disorders.
