What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at our facility, you will:
- Administer medication and treatments to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Conduct assessments of patients' health conditions, including vital signs monitoring and symptom evaluation.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in symptoms and responses to treatments.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
