Licensed Vocational Nurse Lvn - Office

We are searching for an office LVN to help carry out ancillary tasks in the office, including but not limited to:

• Completing all patient forms received in our office. These include but are not limited to, FMLA, Disability, Long Term Insurance, Long Term Care, etc. These forms require a strong clinical background and strong attention to detail for completion.
• Communicates with patient and/or family members as need to obtain information to complete forms.
• Assisting in other areas as needed. Areas may include Medication PA's, Referrals, Medical Records, etc

This position requires strong clinical knowledge in order to complete forms correctly.
