Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Kennesaw, GA, to hire multiple Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for the uping school year. We are looking for dedicated and passionate healthcare professionals who are passionate about working with children in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students with various healthcare needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document students' health conditions and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual healthcare plans for students
- Assist in health screenings and maintaining health records
- municate with parents and guardians regarding students' health concerns and provide necessary education and guidance
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students
Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a valid license in the state of Georgia
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- passionate and patient-centered approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
