The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for direct care to a patient population for our Home Health division including medication administration, data collection and documentation of patient conditions and notification to the Registered Nurse/Physician of any adverse patient findings. This position requires graduation from LPN/LVN school and current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. BLS certification is required.
A visit can run between 30 minutes or 1.5 hours depending on patients' needs or skill needed
have to meet productivity of 30 points a week minimum. Each visit is 1 point
Qualifications- Current state licensure as LVN required
- Certified BLS completion required; for new hires, see CPR Requirement Guidelines for New Hires
- Previous Home Health experience preferred
- Covid Vaccine required or exemption
