You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. - Pay Range: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories of patients accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist physicians and registered nurses during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform routine procedures such as wound dressing changes, catheterizations, and tracheostomy care.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, reactions to medications, and overall conditions.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California.
- Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.
- New graduates are highly welcome
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficient in administering medications, injections, and various treatments.
- Excellent observational, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
