Job Title:Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Job Location: South Gate, CA
Positions Available:
- Full-time/Part-time/On-Call
Position Summary :To promote patients' health via compassionate patient care and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members; To support the Nursing Department of the client-facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing SNF's, as well as the policies & procedures under the direction of the departmental heads to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as an LVN in the state of CA
- Current certification of CPR
- Able to use the computer for electronic medical documentation software
- Able to work as a team and also independently
- Able to read, speak and understand English, follow directions and complete assigned responsibilities, and communicate clearly and effectively with all facility staff members
- Able to comply with all Federal, State, local, Board of Nursing laws and regulations as well as the regulations, policies and procedures of the company/facility
