Job description

Licensed Vocational Nurses needed for a One on One Pediatric Nursing Position. You would be in the home environment making a direct impact on a medically fragile 4 year old female pediatric on a G-Tube.

$500- $1000 Sign On Bonus

10 or 12 Hour Shift

Job Details:

• One on one private duty nursing shift care
• Administer medications and treatments according to a detailed plan of care
• Monitor client’s condition, including efficacy of treatment and medications
• Notify supervisor of changes in client’s condition
• Teach the client, family and PCG appropriate self-care techniques
• Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards
• Participate in Continuing Education Programs

Qualifications:

• Valid CA LVN License (Licensed Vocational Nurse)
• Valid CPR (American Heart Association)
• Recent TB and Physical
• EMR Skill Set (Tablet or Laptop)
• Positive Attitude!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 56 per week
