High School diploma or equivalent. Junior College and/or Vocational Nursing Diploma. California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certificate and CPR required.
NOTE: Online courses are NOT acceptable for CPR
- Certificate Copy (Bachelors' Degree, Junior College Diploma, Vocational Nursing Certificate)
- Certification (LVN License)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (No Online Courses Accepted)
- Copy of Transcript (High School Transcripts)
OR Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma, GED, Bachelors' Degree)

Applications must be filled out completely. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Educational requirements: Graduation from an accredited vocational nursing program or junior college required. Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience requirements: Two (2) years acute nursing experience and involvement with public contact, and working with children with special needs in a school setting preferred. May have to take a district general knowledge test and a 30 wpm typing test.
