Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Vocational Nurse at VasCare located in Corpus Christi, TX. The LVN will provide nursing care under the supervision of a physician in an outpatient setting. They will be responsible for administering medications, conducting diagnostic tests, performing phlebotomy, injections and preparing patients for procedures. The LVN will maintain accurate and complete patient records, and ensure the orderly processing of patients throughout their visits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license
• Experience in a clinical, outpatient or physician office setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to use Clinical Information Systems(EHR) and office equipment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
