- Welcomes Documents response to care and addresses pain management, discharge planning needs, education and progress toward care plan goals in the medical record Demonstrates consideration of patient rights including confidentiality, safety, and patient participation in the plan of care.
- Assists physicians and others with examination procedures as needed
- Administers medications utilizing the seven (7) rights.
- Documents in a legible and accurate manner to include date, and time of entry, signature and title. Provides patient education as appropriate utilizing Krames as appropriate. .
- Promptly communicates changes in patient's condition to the team leader RN, charge RN and other health care members as appropriate.
