### Job Summary:

We are seeking for Licensed Therapists to join our team. Looking for professionals responsible for providing counseling services to individuals with various mental health concerns. Expertise in gender issues counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis to help clients overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. ### Responsibilities:

- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
- Provide counseling services to individuals with gender-related concerns, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with social workers, pediatricians, and other professionals to coordinate care for pediatric clients.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of therapy.

### Requirements:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification as a Therapist.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9 coding.
- Strong understanding of gender issues counseling and experience providing therapy in this area.
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
