- New Business Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to policyholders, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Networking: Establish and maintain professional networks to expand the agency's reach and identify potential leads.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to deliver exceptional service and valuable advice.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Active Insurance License: Must possess a valid and active insurance license in Arizona
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time efficiently.
