Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Consultative Selling: Assess client's coverage requirements, explain policy options, and present insurance solutions that best fit their needs.
• New Business Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to policyholders, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Networking: Establish and maintain professional networks to expand the agency's reach and identify potential leads.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to deliver exceptional service and valuable advice.

Requirements:

• Active Insurance License: Must possess a valid and active insurance license in Arizona
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time efficiently.
