Licensed Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the entire Real Estate process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Real Estate and enjoys helping others achieve their goals. No experience needed, but is a plus!

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire Real Estate process
- Stay up-to-date with local Real Estate market trends and regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Real Estate law and regulations
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with a diverse client base, including multilingual clients
- Proficiency in Real Estate administrative tasks
