Licensed Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Conduct market research and stay updated on current Real Estate trends
- Advertise and promote properties through various marketing channels
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and finalize contracts between buyers and sellers
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Collaborate with other Real Estate professionals, such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions

Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate license in the state of Michigan
- Knowledge of the local Real Estate market
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and practices
