We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor LPCS to join our work family! This position starts at $30/hr and is a contract 1099 position.
Responsibilities:
- Complete new clients' assessment (virtual or phone)
- Complete monthly supervision reviews of QMHPs
- Complete onboarding with newly hired QMHPs
- Review and lock client notes weekly
- Assign new clients to a QMHP
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields (2+yrs)
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Master's degree in counseling or therapy
- Previous experience as an LPCS (helpful but not required)
- MUST BE LICENSED IN ALL 50 STATES or TEXAS
- Current CANS 3-6&6-17 & ANSA 2.1 certifications or be able to complete and obtain certification prior to start date, if considered for employment.

Uniquely You Behavioral Health Services, LLC is a small mental health facility that was started Oct. 2021 in Houston, TX. We like to consider all employees adults who are all aware of their job duties, so, micromanaging is not something we do here. Although we service clients of all age groups, our primary clients consist of children and teens ranging between ages 5-19 years of age and some adults.
