We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with clinical skills to assist in new client intakes. You will work closely with the Intake Team to execute the vision and mission of Houston Circle Of Hope as we strive to become the leading provider agency in Texas. The LPC/LCSW must have a Master’s Degree from an accredited University, a current license from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselor (in good standing), a minimum of two (2) years of professional in a clinical setting, and worked with crisis situations (adult or children), assessed victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and/or physical abuse, administered evidence-based treatment, and conducted psychosocial assessments.
This position's responsibilities and duties include:
- Work under the direction of the Lead Clinical Manager to fulfill the Houston Circle Of Hope mission and guides activities to actualize our mission and vision.
- Responsible for providing therapeutic services to an assigned caseload.
- Will be compensated per therapeutic session. ($100-$150.00).
All applicants must be licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Psychologist.

- Experience providing services to vulnerable populations.
- Ability to work with people of all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds; be flexible, open-minded, and adaptable to change.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills in interactions with patients, families, physicians, and Circle Of Hope team colleagues.
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional clinical setting: 2 years (Required)
- Must be CANSA/ANSA Certified (Required)
