Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team, following all established protocols and safety procedures.
- Performs basic medical tasks. They are responsible for maintaining a clear line of communication between a patient, their family, and their caregivers. They work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and Dr.
