Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse- (Womens Clinic)

This is a full-time position with full benefits, including insurance, 148 PTO hours per year, 56 hours of paid Holidays per year including the day after Thanksgiving, and an Employee Retirement Plan (401K) with employer match. Tuition reimbursement and a grow our own Medical Assistant Program.

Assists the physician and/or nurse practitioner to provide physical care for the patient before, during, and after examinations and procedures.
Provides nursing care to patients in the clinic following the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice.
Uses facility communication systems correctly.
Employs techniques designed to reduce or prevent the spread of infection.
Provides appropriate safety measures in the ambulatory care setting.
Performs routine clerical activities required for efficient operation of the ambulatory clinic.
Ensures the efficient and effective functioning of clinic processes.
Provides appropriate safety and infection control measures
Graduate from a state approved Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse program
Prefer 1 year experience in an acute care setting; prefer an additional 1 year in ambulatory care
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing license in the State of Missouri in good standing
BLS certification or obtain within 3 months of employment
