Position Summary: The LPN/RN will pass medications, assess Resident needs in their apartment, accept admissions and coordinate discharges.
Job type: Full-Time & Part-Time (weekend availability required)
LPN/RN - Job Responsibilities:
- Helping assist Residents in their daily tasks.
- Pass and organize Resident medications
- Assist in medical appointments with Residents coordinating information with Doctor's or Specialists
- Assessing Residents who are ill or need medical assistance.
- Helping coordinate admissions and discharges.
LPN/RN Work Experience:
- Previous relevant experience preferred, but not required
- CNA certificate, CPR and First Aid
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate with residents
- Outstanding customer service skills with caring and compassionate behavior towards others
