Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments precisely as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Vigilantly monitor residents' health conditions, meticulously recording vital signs, and promptly communicating any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Provide attentive assistance to residents with their activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and overall well-being.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Cultivate a positive and friendly atmosphere that fosters a sense of security and trust among residents.
- Offer emotional support to residents and their families, nurturing a caring and compassionate environment.
- Maintain impeccably accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.
- Adhere to all established protocols and procedures, guaranteeing resident safety and strict compliance with regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- 7 AM - 7 PM shift is preferred, but not required.
- Active L.P.N license is required.
- A cheerful disposition is essential.
- While prior long-term care experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
- An eagerness to provide care for older adults is a key attribute .
