Licensed Practical Nurse - Wound Nurse

Park Crescent Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center located in East Orange, NJ is looking to hire a full time Social Worker to join our team of professionals. Applicant must have experience in Admissions and Discharges in short term and long term care settings.
The proper candidate must have a current LPN license in the state of New Jersey and have experience in Long Term Care and Skille Nursing Facility.
