Job Responsibilities
- Communicates and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
- Monitor patients’ health by checking their vital signs, including pulse rate, blood pressure, and body temperature
- Monitors and reports patient’s symptoms, changes in status and diagnostic test results
Requirements:
- Must Have At Least 1 Year of Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Substance Abuse/Behavioral/Mental Health Experience Preferred
- Must Have Current Illinois LPN License
- Experience With Meditech EMR Preferred
