VNSW is a well-established organization with a rich history spanning over 120 years in Westchester and surrounding counties. We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide patient care in Putnam & Dutchess Counties.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and instruction according to the Plan of Treatment
- Administer injections, wound care, vital signs, venipuncture, and more
- Assist patients in activities of daily living for independence
- Participate in nursing care planning and evaluation
- Document care provided and educate patients/families
- Maintain productivity and report patient conditions
Requirements:
- Graduate of NYS approved LPN program
- Valid LPN license and registration in New York
- Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical or homecare experience
- Valid automobile, professional liability, and auto insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39.66 per hour
