LPNs $42/hr
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Mileage reimbursement of 0.65/mile for approved facilities

The following are the job requirements/documentation to be provided upon hire:
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination but NOT required.
Current Indiana license in good standing
Current Pre-employment Physical Exam
Current TB
Current TB Administration Certification
CPR and First Aid Certification
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Professionalism and good attendance
Must be a committed team player, can work well under pressure, and problem solve.
