Description
This position is responsible for assisting students in self-sufficiency, communication, interpersonal, social, academic, and mobility skills necessary for physical and emotional well-being in the educational setting. The LPN will utilize nursing skills to perform medical treatments and procedures for students during school hours to promote quality medical care for children with disabilities.This position provides coverage for community-based trips, LPN absences, center & district-based needs, including coverage for agency nurses. This position is based at Paradise School, but travel is required to provide coverage for center, community and district based needs.

Salary
Nurse-LPN pay scale, minimum $21.54, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance; paid time off; retirement plan
Salary is determined based upon education and experience

Qualifications
- Current LPN license
- Previous experience with special education children, preferred
- Flexibility and organizational skills required due to nature of position
