- Manage the front office of the facility.
- Supports the employees and the program director by identifying any issues that could impact services and
- Oversee the scheduling of all appointments, including IEP meetings, support meetings, district meetings
- Oversee student’s records filing, transcription, transfer of records and assist the facility in completing these
- Perform basic clerical duties including but not limited to- answering phones, mailing, administrative filing,
- Timely sending of IEP invites, waivers and other procedural paperwork to comply with Chapter 14
- Receives and processes incoming requests to the appropriate recipient in a very timely manner
- Compiling, documenting and storing all related paperwork.
- Assemble client packets and keep them updated.
- Purchase office and client supplies.
- Assist with intake process.
- Maintain accurate billing records and all related service records in CareLogic
- Correspond timely with referral sources and parents
- Responsible for check requests, census and updating intake and discharge logs.
- Attends staff meetings and takes minutes.
- Maintains office equipment including corresponding with vendors when maintenance is required.
- Handles the purchasing card responsibilities.
- Responsible for the appearance, cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Completes all appropriate reports.

- Seeks out supervision and direction on completion of nursing assessments-under the direction of the RN,
- Report any unusual occurrences to nurse supervisor/program director promptly, attend and actively
- Maintain medical equipment/supplies in proper working order, maintain confidentiality and proper
Technical Competencies: Helps to maintain strong Education program. Able to work together with staff.
Completes required trainings and mandatory training hours. Handles all calls and messages in a positive,
courteous and friendly manner that represents the company in a positive way. Works with all staff in an efficient
manner to complete the responsibilities. A working knowledge of HIPAA, FERPA and Licensing regulations.
Education, Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience. Strong computer
and phone skills. Ability to multi-task.
