Licensed Practical Nurse Lpn

Private physician office seeking full-time dedicated and experienced LPN for a fast paced specialty practice. Candidate must display excellent judgment, decision making, communication skills, work effectively in a team environment and possess a compassionate and caring demeanor. Collaborate with the RN regarding patient care, telephone triage, medications, and patient education regarding treatment protocols. Support patient care delivery by rooming patients, obtain vitals, medical history past and present, document and update medication list and obtain authorizations/referrals and test results. Sterilize instruments, stock exam rooms, place medical supply orders. Main office location in Wexford, with satellite offices at Allegheny General Hospital and Monroeville. Willingness to travel at times between locations.

Excellent computer skills and past experience in EMR a plus. No evenings or weekends. Offer comprehensive salary and benefit package to include pension plan and 401k.
