Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Skilled Nursing Unit Licensed Practical Nurse (SNU LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Gilbert, AZ! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent Skilled Nursing Facility experience, Geriatric or Long-Term Care

Position Details:
 • Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
 • Location: Phoenix, AZ
 • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
 • Shift: All Shifts Available; 8 and 12 Hour Shifts

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay: Starting at $31.00 per Hour

Requirements:
 • Must have 1 year of recent LPN experience in the last 18 months in a Skilled Nursing Home setting
 • Active Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse License required
 • Current BLS Certification and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
