Schedule: Part Time Nights, 7p-7:30a, 24 hours per week, rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services. In collaboration with the RN and other members of the care team, the LPN provides individualized, comprehensive care consistent with the scope and standards of the specialty.
What will you do in this role:
- Performs and documents physical/mental assessment according to policy and procedure for patients within unit's Scope of Care
- Utilize equipment and performs special procedures relevant to unit
- Administers medication following five rights of medication administration
- Update/documents discharge planning and patient teaching
- Communicates effectively and professionally with peers, supervisors, ancillary departments and all other external/internal customers.
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing LPN program required
- Current State of Indiana or compact state LPN license
- BLS required
- ACLS and NIHSS Stroke certification required within 6 months of hire
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic nursing skills, including phlebotomy
