Licensed Practical Nurse - Lpn (Contract)

• $1,664.00 - $1,728.00 weekly gross on 32 hours.
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday.
• W2 position.

• 8-hour shifts.
• Weekend block schedule.
• 32 hours per week with the potential for overtime.

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with medical procedures as directed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications or treatments.
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe healthcare environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct.

• 2+ Years of LPN Experience.
• Active BLS.
• Active Oregon LPN License in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
