We are seeking a nurse to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.
Looking for an energetic nurse who loves to take initiative, has excellent time management skills, one who promotes healthy living/wellness, and enjoys working in a caring, spiritual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Insert, monitor and remove IVs used to give medications, alternate/integrative IV therapies and nutrition to a patient, while monitoring their drip protocol for IV patency and any adverse reactions.
- Ensure specialty orders are signed by the ordering provider and on file for patients getting IVs.
- Assist in triaging, medication refills and referrals.
- Create lab orders and ensure lab results are ready for practitioners.
- Perform injections and other procedures we offer such as EKGs Ear/Rectal Ozone, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and Ozone limb bagging.
- All documentation is done in an EHR therefore candidate must have experience with a computer.
- Communicate and collaborate with practitioners regarding patient care.
Qualifications:
- Experience in performing IVs
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients and staff
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must work well with others and be a team player
- Must be dependable
