Start date: ASAP
Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12hr AM/NOC shift
LPN Pay rate:
Local: $32/hr
Travel no Housing: $17/hr taxed + $648/wk tax-free travel stipend (17/18)
** Must be 50 miles away from permanent residence to qualify for housing allowance**
Responsibilities:
· Provide direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
· Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed.
· Perform lab and procedural tests within the LVN/LPN scope of practice, after demonstrating competency.
· Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
· Serve as a resource to department staff, students and volunteers to help deliver quality patient care
Requirements:
· Current Resume - must be updated (gaps included if there's any)
· Active CO LPN license
· Current BLS
· Skills checklist
· 2– current/recent -Supervisor references
· Physical (within the last 12 months)
· PPD (within the last 12 months)
· MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap/Flu
· LPN Exams
· Copy of driver’s license and SS card
· Must be able to pass background/ urine drug screen
