LPN/LVN Licensed Practical Nurse – West Springfield
Requirements to Apply: LPN License in Massachusetts, 1 year experience, Must have a car with current insurance coverage, and a state driver’s license. Must be bilingual.

• Years of experience: 1 year
The LPN/LVN oversees the medical care of senior participants in patient homes or skilled nursing facilities.
Schedule: Monday- Friday -weekends if you choose to pick up those clients
Times: 8:00- 5:00 pm
Payrate: 60,000-70,000 Annually - must work one weekend every 6 weeks- mileage paid
Responsibilities:
• The LPN picks their patient load - visits usually last 20 minutes
• Participates in the planning and coordination of total client care while following nursing care plan.
• Observes, evaluates, and provides skilled nursing to the patient along with patient/family teaching.
• Documentaion, data entry, meetings, and working well with others.
