POSITION: LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
Wage Range $26.00 - $32.94hr. DOE
$15K Hiring & Retention Bonus - *Employment requirements must be met for pay out*
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 12hr Day Shift and Night Shift Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Practices according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
- Completes resident assessments.
- Provides direction and leadership to care staff
- Training staff on medication administration and other care duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Must have a valid, unrestricted LPN license in the state
- Maintain CEU requirements
- Computer skills
- Love for seniors
