Metro Community Health Centers is seeking an LPN to float as needed between our four FQHC locations in the Bronx, Downtown Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island, as needed.
- Prepares daily assignments for nursing staff
- In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, establishes and implements systems for day-to-day medical and nursing operations
- Participates as a member of the Patient Centered Medical Home Care team. Participates in daily huddles and practice team meetings, and ensures staff compliance with all aspects of the PCMH initiatives

Salary Range from $28-34 per hour
