Hillcrest Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in Ashland City, TN is seeking a Charge Nurse for DAY SHIFT. This position is 12 hour shifts with a set schedule and no rotating weekends.

Duties Include:
Directs the daily activities of the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and established facility policy and procedures.
Participates in the admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required.
Observes for changes in resident status, notifying the physician, resident's representative and documenting accordingly.
