Full-Time LPN/RN Opportunity

Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors? Join our dedicated Nursing Team at The Village at Mercy Creek as a Full-Time LPN or RN! Our community, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living community in Normal, IL, offering Assisted Living, Independent Villas, and soon memory support and skilled nursing/long-term care options.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold and embody our community and nursing service philosophies, delivering high-quality care to residents
- Oversee the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents
- Administer medications and treatments, maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and policies
- Maintain a superior standard of resident care and well-being
- Participate in a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education to continually enhance skills and knowledge
- Foster a culture of respect and dignity for each resident and their family members
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- While two years of clinical experience is preferred, it's not required
- Possession of a current nursing license for the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Genuine enjoyment in working with the senior population
