Form of workLicensed Physical Therapist needed to develop and implement early intervention therapies working with birth to three year old children in their homes, within the Allegheny County area, to improve overall
gross motor functioning through routines-based intervention. Provides family-based therapy to empower the family to reach their child’s goals. Looking for someone who can build a rapport with the family and work independently. Full-time/Part-time/Independent Contracting available.

Requirements:
Must have Physical Therapist license.
Must have or be able to obtain PA Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, and FBI History Clearance.(Company pays fees to obtain clearances)
Physical and TB test (Company pays fees to obtain).
Must have a reliable vehicle and current driver’s license.
