Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Home facility
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage the budgeting and financial aspects of the facility, including billing, payroll, and expense management
- Coordinate and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents by monitoring and evaluating the performance of nursing staff
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement resident care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
- Address any concerns or complaints from residents or their families in a timely and compassionate manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or long-term care setting
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing Nursing Home facilities
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals
