What you will do:
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator position includes leading and directing the overall operations of the facility in accordance with resident needs, governmental regulations, and company policies with the main objective of maintaining quality care for the residents and achieving operational and financial stability and excellence for the facility. The Nursing Home Administrator will manage, supervise, and coordinate all Nursing Facility departments to ensure regulatory compliance and performance under the direction of the Corporate Chief Operations Officer.
Must haves
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License with at least 2 years NHA experience in long term health care. (REQUIRED)
- Experience collaboration with local health care partners
- Experience in labor relations management
- Experience and ability to drive successful
- Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
