We are looking for a Neuropsychologist to join our small multidisciplinary private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We have a strong collaborative team with different specialties and also value autonomy and independence. We offer Neurofeedback treatment and Neuropsychological evaluations with diverse populations. We typically serve children through adults, with neurodevelopmental concerns, neurological disorders, and mood disorders. We take pride in treating military service members and their families.
This position offers an additional unique opportunity of being able to be trained to analyze and interpret both raw and artifacted QEEG data for the purpose of Neurofeedback treatment. This training takes years of practice and would be offered to someone who wants to stay long term with the practice. Salary is based on production and ranges from $88,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
This is an 8-hour shift position Monday through Friday.
There is the potential to work a couple of days per week remotely.
A pay bonus is offered at 6 months and a retention bonus is offered at 18 months.

Responsibilities
- Maintains valid licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Maintains current credentials as appropriate/CAQH.
- Provide quality neuropsychology services for client
- Completion of appropriate documentation to fulfill requirements for billing purposes, office standards, ethical standards, and timeliness (within 24-hours) as mandated by insurance companies
- Provide crisis intervention as needed. If unsure of what to do, seek your supervisor’s assistance.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information, demonstrating appropriate judgement and discretion
- Documents and logs completed hours
- A licensed independent neuropsychologist is expected to have 85% of their hours as billable time. A full-time provider needs to perform 34 billable hours out of a 40-hour work week. A part time provider needs to perform 20.5 billable hours out of a 24-hour a week
- Administer testing as needed
- Participate in conferences and seminars to keep up with recent developments in the field
Requirements and skills
- Doctoral degree in Psychology with emphasis/specialization in Neuropsychology
- Experience: 5-7 years of in neuropsychological evaluations
- Early Psychologists are encouraged to apply
- License and certification to practice neuropsychology in the state of Colorado or eligibility for licensure in the state of Colorado
- Excellent verbal and active listening skills
- Displays patience, trustworthiness, and empathy in patient interactions
- Excellent interpersonal relationship, facilitation, and service management skills.
- Ability to build rapport with patients quickly.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A specialty in working with children is a plus
If specialized in working with children experience with the ADOS is a plus
