This opportunity allows you to integrate your therapeutic skills with innovative technology, making a significant impact in the field of Mental Health support.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy skills groups in a virtual reality setting, using Innerworld’s Cognitive Behavioral Immersion techniques (developed by founder & CEO Noah Robinson and his mentor Dr. Steven Hollon, a protege of Aaron Beck, during Noah’s clinical psychology doctoral research at Vanderbilt University)
• Use evidence-based 3-D tools to teach skills in live groups across topics including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, caregiving, parenting, Autism, and many other challenges.
• Engage actively with a diverse community in a 24/7 virtual environment.
• Collaborate with a professional team, including trained guides and other Mental Health experts.
• Learn from co-founder & Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Jewel, who has over 22 years of experience developing Mental Health tools through her non-profit

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, Psychologist).
• Solid experience in individual therapy and/or group facilitation, with a strong background in CBT and DBT methodologies.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including an initial unpaid training to become certified in Cognitive Behavioral Immersion.
• Enthusiasm for using innovative technology in Mental Health support.

• A competitive pay rate of $45 per hour for 10-20 hours per week.
