Role Summary
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy.
- Engage in crisis intervention and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Maryland LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW-C license.
- Availability for a minimum of 10 sessions/week.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Satisfactory CJIS/FBI report.
- Professional malpractice liability insurance.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on confidentiality.
- Demonstrated crisis management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide therapy and document sessions.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Meet weekly productivity targets.
- Participate in professional development.
